All of the good things (gratitude journal)

Today I was gently and unexpectedly prompted to keep a gratitude journal. I think doing so will help me to keep the balance between both joy and pain and the many polar opposites. And the times when I get overly depressed I can look back here and remind myself that good things do and can exist in my life.
